Following some unsuccessful FOI requests to obtain Government and Agency farmed Salmon analysis results, we feel the consumer deserves to know exactly what is in supermarket and wholesale farmed Salmon.
The only thing for it is to pay a private lab to run some tests ourselves.
We‘re collecting donations to fund a full suite of analysis on at least two salmon samples.
Here are the lab costs rundown:
Antibiotics - £328 per sample Emamectin - £98 per sample
Canthaxanthin - £120 per sample
Ethoxyquin - £52 per sample
Dioxin and PCB in a package together for £277
